2025 was not an easy year for me.

It was a year of emotional battles, hospital rooms, emergency surgery and moments where I had to be stronger than I felt.
I was hospitalised three times.
My body changed.
I went through a deep weight-loss journey.
And my hair fell — a lot — because our hair carries the story of what our body and our emotions go through.

It was also a year of distance from the people I love, illness in my family, losses I couldn’t say goodbye to, dreams that had to pause and plans that didn’t leave the paper.

But even in the middle of all that — God was there.

He protected my home.
He held me when doctors didn’t have answers.
He sent friends and patients who became family.
He opened new doors, prepared my new place in Teneriffe, and allowed TrichoCare to finally come to life.
